Getting in

  1. Street parking: Around the back alley, park anywhere on the side of the street.

  2. The key is located on the wood post that is to the right of the door, buried under a few wood chips.

  3. After unlocking the door, place the key back on the wood post.

  4. Lights are on the back wall to your right as soon as you walk in.

While you’re here

  3. Anything with a price card on it is still available. No card = already sold or not ready yet.

  4. The price on the card is the price. Tax is added at checkout.

  2. I'll confirm it's yours and send you a payment link. Once it's paid, we'll set up delivery or a pickup time.

Locking up

  1. Turn the lights back off.

  2. Shut the door and lock it back up with the key.

  3. Text me “done” so I know the building’s secure.
