Refunds (Upon Delivery)

If you decide to request a refund upon our arrival before signing off and no longer want the couch:

We will keep the delivery fee, apply a $99 restocking fee, and refund the remaining balance back to the customer.

Refunds (After Signature)

Upon delivery or customer pick up, we kindly ask for your signature to confirm your inspection and satisfaction with the couch. Please note that after the signature is completed, all sales are deemed final. In the rare event of a refund after you have signed, it's essential to acknowledge that a full refund, if any, may not be provided.

Delivery Fees

We offer a flat rate delivery fee for $99.00 (non-refundable) which covers up to 20 miles from our warehouse in Pacific. We also offer delivery for $150 if you are within 40 miles of our warehouse in Pacific. The fee also covers In-Home Delivery (We will carry the couch in for you) and setup. Anything beyond 40 miles, please contact us for additional fees.

Customer Inspection

Our policy mandates customer inspection upon delivery or pickup. Once inspection is finalized and customer has signed, the sale is considered complete.

Measurements Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to measure their space accurately to ensure the couch fits as desired. We cannot be held responsible if the couch does not fit into the door way or into the desired room.

Damage when Unloading

In the event of damage during the unloading process, potential reimbursements may be provided if the damage meets our qualifying criteria.

Content and Description

By purchasing a product from Billy’s Couches, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed the product description and product content, including any disclosed imperfections, and have had the opportunity to inspect the product in person if desired. Therefore, we do not accept returns based on imperfections that were accurately disclosed in the product description, product content and visible during the in-person inspection.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your order before your scheduled delivery date, a $99 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining balance will be returned to you.

ALLERGY & ODOR DISCLAIMER POLICY

Billy’s Couches sells pre-owned furniture that has been previously used in other homes.

While every couch goes through our cleaning and inspection process, including upholstery extraction and odor treatment, we cannot guarantee that couches will be completely free from:
• Pet dander
• Dust
• Allergens
• Hair
• Smoke particles
• Fragrances
• Cleaning solution residue
• Other environmental contaminants

Customers with severe allergies, asthma, chemical sensitivities, or other health-related concerns should understand that used furniture may still contain allergens or particles that are not fully removable through cleaning.

By purchasing from Billy’s Couches, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
• Billy’s Couches does not guarantee any couch to be 100% allergen-free, odor-free, or contaminant-free
• Minor odors, allergens, or residual particles may still exist
• Billy’s Couches is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, health issues, or related concerns after purchase or delivery

We strongly encourage customers with severe sensitivities to inspect the couch in person prior to purchase.

Couch Disposal Refunds

Please note that only in certain cases, you may be eligible for a partial refund if the scheduled disposal does not occur. However, in most instances, a full refund will not be provided. We appreciate your understanding of the costs involved in such situations.

Weather Policy

We deliver in most weather conditions, and customers are welcome to request a reschedule at any time before we load the couch for delivery.

Customer-Requested Reschedule

If you prefer not to receive your couch in rain, snow, or other weather, just let us know in advance and we will gladly reschedule.

Billy’s Couches Weather Reschedule

If weather becomes severe or unsafe for our team or your furniture (ice, heavy storms, high winds), we may cancel and reschedule the delivery for safety reasons.

If You Do Not Request a Reschedule

If you choose to continue with delivery during rain or snow, please understand that:

  • Some droplets, moisture, or light weather exposure may occur

  • We do our best to minimize it, but cannot guarantee the couch stays completely dry

  • We avoid unloading in puddles, mud, or unsafe areas

We will always handle your couch with care, but in active weather, minor exposure is unavoidable.

Truck Safety Policy

For safety reasons, it is strictly against our company policy for customers to climb onto any of our trucks under any circumstances. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and safe delivery or pickup process, and this policy helps us maintain that standard.

Lighting & Photo Representation Policy

Please note that lighting in photos may affect how the color and condition of the couch appear. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations may occur. Feel free to schedule a private viewing in person or ask for more details before purchasing.

Holding Fees

Please note that if you need to reschedule your delivery, a holding fee may apply depending on the number of days we are required to hold your couch.

If the couch does not fit through doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, and into the intended room:

We will keep the delivery fee, apply a $99 restocking fee, and refund the remaining balance back to the customer.
