Meet Billy
I’m Billy, the founder of Billy's Couches. At 19, I have hands-on experience in the furniture industry from working at my dad's company, Dielman Moving and Storage. I apply the skills my Dad has been teaching me since I was a kid to every delivery and cleaning at Billy's Couches.
I grew up in Kirkwood and attended Kirkwood High School, but it didn’t take long to realize the traditional path wasn’t for me.
So instead of forcing myself to fit in, I started working.
After watching people flip furniture online and seeing how many good couches were being thrown away, I started this business to give them a second life—and give families around St. Louis a way to furnish their homes without overpaying.
Most of our customers avoid buying a brand-new couch for two reasons.
First, they don’t like the idea of good couches ending up in landfills.
Second, they have kids or pets—and they’d rather not stress over every spill, jump, or scratch on a couch that cost thousands of dollars.
